Intended Use:
The AESQC IFA quality controls are composed of pre-diluted human serum available with different autoantibody patterns. These controls were developed to help laboratory managers to ensure that analytical error stays within acceptable limits.
AESQCs IFA are unassayed ready to use reagents which should be handled in the same way as patient samples and can be used for monitoring the performance of Immunofluorescence assays.
Our AESQC controls are formulated to give positive reactions for the respective patterns and the laboratory should establish their own working ranges for each new lot depending from the test system and procedures being used.
AESQCANA03 AESQC ANA HEp-2 Centromere – ICAP AC-3 can be used as function controls of AESKUSLIDES® ANA-HEp-2 Test Kits.
